Project Overview
South Shore Line is a multi-urban commuter rail train, operating from Chicago, Illinois to South Bend, Indiana. This project is an ongoing project to demonstrate improvements in rider communication and wayfinding. This project will include redesigning concepts of customer alerts and station signage.
Alerts
This demonstrates a redesign of a transit alert that informs riders about schedule changes. To emphasize that there were changes, I made the summary of the alert bold and provided a chart to easily search for a route.
